Proactive

(of a play or a card) that doesn’t require any interaction with the current game state in any way in order to generate full value. Opposite of reactive.

ExampleIf every card in your hand deals damage when played and your opponent doesn’t have any units on their side of the board, you would say you lack proactivity, or that you do not have a proactive play. In the same situation, a card that doesn’t interact with your opponent and has full value on its own, such as “Yghern” for instance, would be a proactive card/play.
